Job Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the flow of materials from the storage of raw materials across various production sites to the delivery of finished products to customers, while optimizing costs according to the level of services required.
  • Manage the warehouses' operational organization procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Utilize cost-optimization strategies to manage external warehouses in accordance with Group requirements.
  •  Offer innovative solutions to support continuing distribution logistics process improvement and assist with related issues.
  •  Ensure that the Group's policies, practices, and processes are applied correctly.
  •  Coordinate the achievement of KPIs for managing raw material and auxiliary stock, pallet management, and shipment management.
  •  Manage the efficiency of the warehouses by managing the areas, personnel, inventory, vehicles, storage of the goods, handling loading and unloading, and picking and hand packaging while adhering to group policies and safety regulations.
  • Encourage a culture of safety, and take responsibility for the staff's motivation, development, and professional advancement in line with Group principles and values.
  •  Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the fields of logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business is required.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in internal logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Must be a strong leader, be results-oriented, and manage conflict.
  • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to manage complex organizations.
